Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as strikes, logistics issues or weather conditions.

If you notice any issue with tracking or your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll help you resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return conditions

Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Personalised products

Personalised items cannot be returned. If your item arrives with a defect or production error, contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
