Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the use of the Kemaps website and all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.
1. Products
At Kemaps, we sell personalised physical maps. The base design cannot be modified, but you can customise the text.
2. Personalisation
You can customise the text fields shown on the product page. For logos or special requests, contact us at info@kemaps.com.
3. Orders
Add your chosen product to the cart, personalise it if needed, and complete the secure checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
4. Payment
We accept secure payments via card and trusted providers such as Stripe or PayPal. All transactions are processed through Shopify.
5. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation and approval of the design preview, where applicable. We ship worldwide.
6. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days for non-personalised items. Personalised products can only be returned in case of defects.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, content and images are the property of Kemaps and may not be used without permission.
