You'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop. This will allow you to track the delivery status at all times. If you have a preference for a specific courier company, we recommend contacting us before completing your order so we can assess whether we can accommodate your request.

Standard delivery times are between 2 and 5 working days once the package has been dispatched, but may vary depending on the destination and external circumstances. On rare occasions, delivery may be delayed due to strikes, logistics issues or adverse weather conditions. These factors are beyond our control and therefore we cannot be held responsible for any delays.

However, if you notice any issues with tracking, don't receive your package within the expected timeframe, or suspect it's been lost, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're committed to helping you and finding a solution as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

At Kemaps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there's any issue with your product, we'll do everything possible to help you.

Return Conditions

Returns can be requested within 30 calendar days from receipt of your order. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Personalised Products

Personalised products cannot be returned, as they have been custom-made according to your specifications. However, if you receive a personalised product with a production error or defect, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or offer an appropriate solution.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
